発送処理後の商品：未開封の商品は、商品到着後 10 日以内にお客様サポートセンター（電話番号：048-749-8400）にご連絡いただいた場合に限り、お客様の送料負担にて返金又は同額以下の商品と交換いたします。開封後の商品は、返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

＜商品に不備がある場合＞
当社の送料負担にて返金又は新しい商品と交換いたします。まずはお客様サポートセンター（電話番号：048-749-8400）までご連絡ください。
引渡時期    顧客が注文後、商品が顧客の元に届く時期、もしくはサービスが提供される時期 注文は 3 ～ 5 営業日以内に処理され、商品は 60日以内に到着します。
注文後すぐにご利用いただけます。

<In the case of returns or exchanges at the customer's convenience
Products before shipment: Orders can be cancelled by clicking the "Cancel" button on the website.
Products after shipment: Unopened products will be refunded or exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value at the customer's expense, provided that the customer contacts the Customer Support Center (phone number: 048-749-8400) within 10 days of receipt of the product. We do not accept returns or exchanges of products after they have been opened.
